Returns / Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase from us at Beloved the Shop. More than anything, we want you to love your purchased pieces.

Orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping fees), or online gift cards, if product(s) are returned within the 14 day period after the date that your order was placed.

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. After 14 days, you will be issued full refund to original payment method.

If you miss the 14 day window, you have another 16 days to exchange your item(s) for store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.


SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return/refund.

The following items CANNOT be returned:
Final Sale/Discounted items - including; items purchased with a discount/promo code

  • Jewelry
  • Bralettes / Intimates
  • Shoes

Please neatly repackage your items. Any return shipping fees are the customers responsibility. For exchanges please list the Size/Color you wish to exchange for and send to:

*After we receive and look over your order your refund will be returned to the original form of payment used.
