Standard Shipping

+ Free Shipping on orders over $200.00 within the United States.  

+ Flat Rate Shipping cost is $6.95.

+ Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days (business hours are 24/7) to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out.

+ Beloved Clothing is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. Please contact your local carrier.

+ All orders include tracking with delivery confirmation. Sometimes tracking information is not updated in a timely manner.

+ If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.  USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS 1-888-742-5877.

 

Wrong Address

+ Beloved Clothing is NOT responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address before you checkout.

+ If the package leaves Beloved Clothing with the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost, once we receive their package back. You also have the option to pick it up for free. If the package is not delivered back to us and goes to the incorrect address, Beloved Clothing will not be held responsible. 

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package

+ Once the package leaves Beloved and is in the hands of the carrier. Beloved Clothing is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for information and tracking.  USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS 1-888-742-5877.
